RETURN POLICY
All of our Spoonie Pillows are thoughtfully packaged and shipped from Denver Colorado.
Our founder, stands by the product quality and the more than 2 years spent designing the simple yet effective design, and many more bringing it to market. You'd really be surprised what goes into making a brand new product when you don't come from money or have background in the industry! Just a good idea and a dream! We appreciate you giving us a chance and we recognize your hard earned dollars shouldn't be spent on something you aren't happy with!
You can return or exchange any lightly used products for 30 days from date of delivery.

We require you first send an email to hello@spooniepillow.com to initiate a return.
We would love to know the reason for the return request, but it's not required. If there is something I can do to make the product better or if there's something I've missed, I'd love to hear about your experience personally. Please email me at the same email above but switch out the word hello for my first name: blair
When you're ready, please pack and ship the undamaged items, via your preferred shipping carrier, back to :
Once we receive your package, we will process the items in the order and keep you notified of the progress.
We will reply to the Return Request Email you initially sent and notify you of the progress on the return.
